Please note that custom-dyed orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unpainted wood flowers and craft supplies in their original box to prevent petal damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
